These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by StaffingProAI, a service of StaffingPro1, LLC ("StaffingProAI," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a plan, creating an account, or using our services in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
StaffingProAI provides AI-powered business support services delivered by automated systems, supervised and configured by our team. Depending on your plan, services may include:
Our services are provided by artificial intelligence systems. AI output can be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing work product generated on your behalf — including emails, bookings, and website content — and for telling us promptly if something does not meet your standards. Please also read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
StaffingProAI is sold as a monthly subscription. Current plans are:
Prices shown on this site are starting prices; your final price may vary based on scope, volume, and add-on services agreed with you before billing begins. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payment is due in advance of each billing period using the payment method on file. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no long-term contract or early-termination fee applies. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your subscription.
You agree to use the services only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
You are responsible for the instructions, content, and access credentials you provide to us, and for communications our systems send on your behalf at your direction.
We aim to keep our AI crew online around the clock, and we design for high availability — but the services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service may be affected by scheduled maintenance, third-party platform outages (such as email, telephony, calendar, or hosting providers), updates to underlying AI models, or events beyond our control. Where practical, we will notify you of planned maintenance in advance. Response and completion times for tasks are estimates, not guarantees.
The StaffingProAI name, logo, website, software, and service infrastructure are owned by StaffingPro1, LLC or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
Work product created specifically for your business through the services — such as your website content, email drafts, and documents — belongs to you once your account is paid in full, except for any pre-existing StaffingProAI materials, templates, or third-party components embedded in it, which remain the property of their respective owners. You grant us a limited license to use your content and brand assets solely to provide the services to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
StaffingProAI and StaffingPro1, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, missed appointments, or business interruption — arising from your use of the services or from decisions made based on AI output. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or use the services in a way that creates legal or operational risk for us or others. We may also discontinue any service or feature with reasonable notice. On termination, our access to your systems will be revoked and work in progress will stop; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and this section — will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above, and we will notify active subscribers by email where practical. Continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
